ARLINGTON— Big EZ Seafood and Oyster Bar, a Louisiana-based concept known for Viet-Cajun boiled crawfish and a variety of fresh seafood specialties, has leased 3,404 square feet of retail space at Arbook Oaks, a community retail center located at the intersection of S. Cooper Street and Arbrook Boulevard, directly across from Parks at Arlington mall.
Kevin Butkus, Guillermo Lopez and Blane O’Banion with Weitzman handled negotiations as leasing agents for Arbrook Oaks. Tommy Tran with NAI/Robert Lynn represented the restaurant.
Big EZ plans to open its Arbrook Oaks location in spring 2024. The location is the first in Dallas-Fort Worth for Big EZ, which operates three locations in Louisiana. At Arbrook Oaks, the concept joins a lineup that includes Arlington’s only Target location, as well as a number of retailers, services and dining options.
Big EZ’s boiled crawfish is bathed in garlic, butter, citrus and spices, and other offerings include Louisiana Blue Crabs and shrimp to Dungeness Crab and lobster, and a variety of specialty seafood with scratch-made sauces and always fresh, never frozen locally purveyed products.
