DENTON—A DFW-based LLC has acquired a freestanding 2,866-square-foot Burger King on a 29,980-square-foot pad sit located at 2215 W. University Drive, at its intersection with Bonnie Brae Street, as a single-tenant NNN ground leased investment property. The seller was a Dallas-based limited partnership.

The Burger King, built in 2019, features the chain’s new prototype design. The property is at a heavily trafficked retail intersection that features Albertsons, Academy, Walmart, WinCo Foods and numerous others.
