LAKE WORTH—Burlington Stores, a national discount retailer offering low prices every day on brand name merchandise for the entire family and home, has leased 23,000 square feet of anchor space at Lake Worth Marketplace, a regional-draw center located at 6034-6060 Azle Avenue at Loop 820, for a new location.
Gretchen Miller and Augustus Prickett with Weitman handled negotiations as project leasing agent for the shopping center. Chris Green and Megan Trimble with EDGE represented Burlington.
At Lake Worth Marketplace, Burlington joins a lineup that includes Kohl’s, Marshalls, pOpshelf, Rack Room Shoes, Lane Bryant, Bath & Body Works and several others.
