CARROLLTON—Nizari Progressive Federal Credit Union, with locations in the Dallas, Houston and Austin metro areas, has acquired a 2,809-square-foot freestanding building located on .68 acres at 3654 N Josey Lane at the southeast corner of Josey and Rosemeade Parkway.
Eddie Liebman and Matthew Rosenfeld with Weitzman handled negotiations for the seller. JLL represented the purchaser.
The building, located at a strong intersection for service retail, is positioned in a dense trade area with average household incomes in excess of $100,000.
Liebman and Rosenfeld, currently active in investment transactions involving dispositions and acquisitions, note that the investment market is still active but remains constrained as buyers wait to see if sellers plan adjustments in pricing in light of the covid-19 downturn.
