PLANO— CityVet, a Dallas-based practice offering exceptional veterinary care as well as grooming and pet supplies, has leased 4,090 square feet of retail space in Windhaven Plaza, a community retail center located at the northwest corner of Parker Road and the Dallas North Tollway, for a new location.
Karen Mitchell and Michael Sweet with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Evan Reynolds with Medical Space Advisors represented the veterinarian practice.
At Windhaven Plaza, CityVet joins a lineup that includes Kroger Signature, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Whiskey Cake Kitchen, Maple Bacon restaurant, Piada Italian, Sixty Vines and several others.
CityVet operates nearly 20 locations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
