CEDAR HILL—Weitzman has been named retail leasing agent for Hillside Village, a 458,590-square-foot community-driven lifestyle retail center located at 305 W. FM 1382 at N. Cedar Hill Road.
Gretchen Miller, Emilie Gioia Paulson and Bryn Carden with Weitzman are the leasing agents representing Hillside Village on behalf of PREP Property Group.
The center features a regional pull with anchors and major retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, H&M, F21 Red, Victoria’s Secret and several others, including shadow anchor Dillard’s department store. Restaurants and food offerings include Razoo’s Cajun Café, Mo’s Italia Express, Moon Sushi & Ramen, Hillside Prime Steak & Seafood, Frida’s Tacos, Menchies Frozen Yogurt, Great American Cookie and several others. Inline retailers and concepts include Express, Finish Line, James Avery, Claire’s, Kay Jewelers, Chico’s, Champ’s Sports, Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop and numerous others.
The available space at Hillside Village includes junior anchor, small-shop and second-generation restaurant space. The leasing agents are marketing the space to quality operators in a program to elevate the shopping and dining experience for the project’s 3.8 million annual visitors.
