KATY—Hungry Howie’s Pizza, the original home of Flavored Crust Pizza™, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in a neighborhood retail center located at 21003 Highland Knolls Drive at its intersection with Westgreen Boulevard, for a new Houston-area location.
Kyle Knight with the Houston office of Weitzman handled negotiations for the restaurant as exclusive tenant representative for the restaurant. Capital Retail represented the landlord.
Hungry Howie’s, one of the nation’s leading pizza chains, operates more than 550 locations in 21 states, including several in Texas. Hungry Howie’s was founded in 1973 in Taylor, Michigan. At the center, Hungry Howie’s joins a line-up that includes Starbucks, Pet Supplies Plus and an adjacent Walmart Neighborhood Market.
