SAN ANTONIO—Kids Empire, a secure indoor playground for all children, has leased 10,000 square feet of retail space in Park North, a regional-draw retail project located at 1842 NW Loop 410, for its first San Antonio location.
Robin Barrow with Weitzman handled negotiations as tenant representative for Kids Empire. Stephan Ktorza and Shelby Dopps with Kidder Matthews acted as the national master broker for the retailer.
Kids Empire is currently expanding throughout the United States and, in Texas, is seeking sites in retail centers located in the state’s four major metropolitan areas. The concept was developed in Southern California as a way to provide parents with a safe, high-quality place for children to play and explore in a way that’s fun for the entire family.
Park North, anchored by Target, Sears and Alamo Drafthouse, is a shopping, dining and entertainment destination in central San Antonio.
