MESQUITE—Kids Empire, a secure indoor playground for all children, has leased 15,000 square feet of retail space in Towne Crossing Shopping Center, a retail center located at 3600 Gus Thomasson Road, for its first location in Texas.
Robin Barrow and Eddie Liebman with Weitzman handled negotiations as tenant representative for Kids Empire. Chris Young with Phillips Edison represented the shopping center.
Kids Empire is currently expanding throughout the United States and, in Texas, is seeking sites in retail centers located the state’s four major metropolitan areas. The concept was developed in Southern California as a way to provide parents with a safe, high-quality place for children to play and explore in a way that’s fun for the entire family.
Towne Crossing Center, anchored by Kroger and featuring a neighborhood-oriented line-up, is located on Gus Thomasson between IH-635 and IH-30 in the heart of Mesquite’s leading retail district.
