FORT WORTH—La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries has leased a 15,633-square-foot freestanding retail building located at 4530 S. Hulen Street, directly in front of Hulen Mall, for a new location.
Gretchen Miller and Emilie G. Paulson with Weitzman handled negotiations for the landlord. Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc., represented the furniture retailer.
The location, on Hulen Street at its quadrant with IH-20, benefits from its position in one of Fort Worth’s leading retail districts. The space until recently had been a Basset Furniture location.
