LEWISVILLE— Launch Entertainment, an indoor family entertainment center, has leased 46,039 square feet in Lakepointe Crossing, a regional-draw retail center located at 2460 S. Stemmons Freeway at Hebron Parkway (FM 3040), for one of its first Texas locations.
Matt Luedtke and Taylor Black with Weitzman handled negotiations for the shopping center. Venture Commercial represented Launch Entertainment.
Launch Entertainment currently has locations in 14 states, with Texas representing state number 15. Launch Entertainment features industry-leading attractions and value pricing, as well as an in-house restaurant, all with completely customizable visits.
At Lakepointe Crossing, Launch Entertainment joins a lineup that includes Academy Sports, Conn's, Northern Tool & Equipment and many others.
