SOUTHLAKE— Not Just Soccer, D-FW’s destination for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, youth football, volleyball and team uniforms and custom jerseys for all sports, has leased 1,435 square feet to expand its retail space to a total of 6,315 square feet at Village at Timarron, a specialty retail center located at 601-641 E. Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709).
Michelle Caplan and Maggie Hansen with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center Venture Commercial represented the tenant.
With the expansion, Not Just Soccer now occupies an entire single-tenant freestanding building at the center, which is located at Southlake Boulevard and Byron Nelson Boulevard in the heart of the affluent Southlake-Colleyville trade area. In addition to Not Just Soccer, Village at Timarron includes Frost Bank, Hotworx, Tangle Hair Salon, Orange Theory, First American Title, Peace Love & Little Donuts and several others.
