ROCKWALL—pOpshelf, a retailer that offers a fun and affordable shopping experience offering a wide array of items s, has leased 9,400 square feet of retail space in Rockwall Market Center, a regional-draw retail center located at 2707 Market Center Drive at IH-30, for a new location.
Gretchen Miller and Scott Smith with Weitzman represented the retailer in the transaction. Dunhill Partners represented the landlord.
At Rockwall Market Center, pOpshelf joins a lineup that includes Michaels, Ross Dress For Less, Petco and several others. Miller and Smith are working on additional Dallas-Fort Worth locations for pOpshelf, which offers on-trend seasonal and home décor, health and beauty items, home cleaning supplies, party goods, entertaining needs and more.
Dollar General announced pOpshelf as its newest retail store concept in 2020.
