SOUTHLAKE—Saint Bernard, the premier destination for all ski, après ski, swim and lifestyle apparel, has leased 13,793 square feet of retail space in Shops of Southlake, located at Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue peripheral to Southlake Town Square, for a new location.
Michelle Caplan and Maggie Hansen with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the center. Austin Miller with Centergy Retail, LLC, represented Saint Bernard.
Saint Bernard was founded in Dallas in 1978, and from the start has been inspired by the finest European shops that perfected both form and function in ski equipment and lifestyle and recreational clothing. The specialty retailer today operates stores in Dallas, Austin and Houston. Saint Bernard operates with a mission to provide its customers with access to an evolving collection of carefully selected products from best brands and gear for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, swimming or just relaxing in the backyard.
Shops of Southlake, which features Central Market, Nordstrom Rack, DSW and a large number of specialty retailers and restaurants, is directly across the street from Southlake Town Square. The two centers complement each other and create one of the finest open-air shopping experiences in North Texas.
“Shops of Southlake will be an ideal location for this upscale concept, which operates in some of the finest retail centers in Texas,” said David Palmer, executive vice president with Weitzman. “The center serves an affluent trade area with more than 136,000 residents and an average household income of more than $177,000 within a five-mile radius.”
