CEDAR PARK—Weitzman is now handling leasing of Shops at Reagan’s Hope, a shopping center now under construction at 1320 Ronald Reagan Boulevard at its intersection with New Hope Road.

The retail center, on track to open its first phase in late 2021, is designed to incorporate a total of nearly 29,000 square feet upon completion. The first phase set for 2021 will total 22,500 square feet of small-shop retail space.
The center is designed to serve the needs of the trade area’s growing residential population, which includes popular communities like Caballo Ranch. The leasing team is targeting shops and services that offer convenience, as well as restaurant space with an available patio option, Naumann noted.
The trade area offers growth and strong incomes, with the three-mile radius reporting more than 65,000 residents and more than 22,700 households with an average household income of $136,741.
