AUSTIN—Weitzman has been awarded the leasing and management assignment for Southpark Meadows III, a high-profile regional-draw shopping center located at IH35 and Slaughter Lane. The 257,988-square-foot center is anchored by Cinemark, Sam’s Club, Conn’s, Ashley Furniture HomeStore and Spec’s. The center also features a large number of shops, services and restaurants.
Nick Naumann, Sam Frankenthal and Wes Babb with Weitzman are handling leasing and marketing for the project. Reilly Gregson with Weitzman oversees property management for the center
Southpark Meadows III benefits from a visible, accessible location in a dense trade area that features approximately 224,000 people and 88,000 households with an average household income of $75,000 within a five-mile radius. Additionally, the trade area features a significant daytime population of approximately 176,000.
