LITTLE ELM—Frisco’s popular Stan’s Main Street, a restaurant, bar and live music venue, has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in Village at Lakefront, the retail component of The Lakefront at Little Elm, a mixed-use project now under way at the intersection of Main Street and E. Eldorado Parkway.
Derek Schuster and Robin Barrow with Weitzman handled lease negotiations as project representatives for the retail space in Village at Lakefront.
Stan’s operated for several years at 7210 Main Street in Frisco. At the new Little Elm location, the venue will be rebranded as Stan’s Lakefront Live. Stan’s joins a retail line-up that includes Austin-based Hula Hut and Hydrous Wake Park.
Village at Lakefront, located along the shoreline of Lewisville Lake, will feature 20,000 quare feet of street-level retail as well as six restaurant pads, along with nearly 600 multi-family units. The entire mixed-use The Lakefront at Little Elm project surrounds a landscaped park.
Within a three-mile radius of Lakefront Little Elm, the population totals approximately 193,000 and features an average household income in excess of $100,000.
