COLLEGE STATION—Uptown Cheapskate, a national specialty retailer offering stylish, gently used clothes and accessories at up to 70% less than mall prices, has leased 11,120 square feet of retail space in Parkway Square, a retail center located at 2412 Texas Avenue, for a new location.
James Namken and Kyle Knight with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive project representatives for Parkway Square. Jeff Heddington with CBRE represented the retailer.
At Parkway Square, Uptown Cheapskate joins a line-up that includes Stein Mart, TruFit health club, Harbor Freight Tools and several others.
