AUSTIN–Weitzman, represented the tenants, has negotiated new locations for Wingstop and Great Clips at Westpark, a planned shopping center located at the northeast quadrant of U.S. Highway 290 and FM 1816. The center is across from a planned H-E-B.
Wingstop, a fast-casual restaurant offering wings and sides leased 2,000 square feet; Great Clips, North America’s largest single-brand salon, leased 1,200 square feet.
Weitzman’s Matt Epple and Brett Maze represented Wingstop, and Weitzman’s Britt Morrison represented Great Clips. Adam Zimel and Dan Frey with Endeavor, which is developing Westpark, represented the landlord.
Westpark, located in a high-traffic corridor in an affluent submarket, will break ground this summer and is scheduled for completion in late 2019.
